Welcome to Resolve. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the app. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Dispatch Messaging Inc., the operator of Resolve ("Resolve," "we," "us," or "our").
Resolve is a focus management application designed to help users improve concentration through structured focus sessions and a voluntary virtual token staking system.
During a focus session, users may choose to stake virtual tokens. If a session is completed successfully, tokens remain in the user's balance. If a session is ended, interrupted, invalidated, or circumvented before completion, the staked tokens may be forfeited in accordance with the app's rules.
Resolve is intended solely for productivity purposes. Resolve does not provide gambling, financial, or investment services.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. If false, misleading, or incomplete information is detected, Resolve reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Resolve is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
Users agree not to:
Any attempt to bypass session restrictions, disable required permissions, interrupt an active session through system manipulation, or otherwise invalidate a session may result in forfeiture of staked tokens and possible suspension of the account.
Resolve includes a virtual token system.
By purchasing or using tokens, you acknowledge and agree:
If a session is ended, interrupted, invalidated, or circumvented before its scheduled completion — for any reason — the staked tokens may be forfeited.
All token purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
All rights to Resolve, including but not limited to software code, interface design, branding, and written content, are owned by Dispatch Messaging Inc.
Without prior written permission, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the app is prohibited.
While Resolve strives to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Resolve is not liable for:
Use of the app is at your own risk.
Tokens are available for purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's billing terms.
Refunds, subscription management (if applicable), and payment disputes must be handled through your Apple ID account settings.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
If significant changes occur, we may notify users via in-app notice or other appropriate means. Continued use of Resolve constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
